Registration is limited to 5 attendees per interested prime offeror and 2 attendees per interested subcontractor. The Registration Form (one per company) must be received no later than 5:00 pm EST on Friday, June 5, 2009. After this date, registration forms will not be accepted. Please submit with the completed Registration Form any special accommodations for transportation.
The tour buses will leave from the KSC Visitor Complex on both days. Cameras or recording devices may not be permitted in some areas. All attendees participating in the Site Visit must wear attire appropriate for operational areas, which includes closed-toe, closed-heel flat shoes, long pants and shirts with short or long sleeves (sleeveless shirts are prohibited). Written questions will be accepted following the Site Visits.
Presentation charts, attendance list and questions with responses will be posted on the EGLS website.

Government Property Viewing
June 15 – 19, 2009
As indicated in Section L of the EGLS Draft RFP, existing government property may be reviewed at the Kennedy Space Center and the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL 32899 during June 15, 2009- June 19, 2009 upon request.
The Government Property Viewing is limited to interested prime offerors only or their designated representative. Interested prime offerors must submit their request for a Government Property Viewing appointment to the Contracting Officer, Tammy S. Burlein, at the e-mail address of Tammy.S.Burlein@nasa.gov. Requests for a Government Property Viewing appointment must be received no later than 8:00 am EST on Thursday, June 11, 2009. After this date, appointment requests will not be accepted. Requests should include the offeror’s preferred date for property viewing. Please submit with the request any special accommodations for transportation.
As requests are received the Government will schedule specific appointment times and may combine multiple parties into one appointment.
